TASTING NOTES
What does the flavour of the coffee remind you of? Is it nutty like a Snickers bar or fruity like an apple? Some coffees even have chocolatey undertones or hints of caramel. Next time you take a sip, try and think what it reminds you of.
BEAN

SWEETNESS
There’s different kinds of sweetness. From sugar and honey to fruits and nuts. Most coffees have a hint of some sort of sweetness. Which can you identify?
ACIDITY
You know that sharpness that some coffees have? That's dependant on the level of acidity. Some blends have more of a 'zing' to them whereas others are a little softer like a peach.
